Slab CCM segment for steel mills 3

The CCM segment is a metallurgical equipment used for slab continuous casting production line through continuously curving and straightening to make the slab finally meet the product requirements. It consists of four systems: lubrication, hydraulics, machine cooling and spray. According to the metallurgical length of the on-site process design, the number of rollers arranged in the row, and the diameter of the roller, the segments are respectively arranged and divided into the arc segment, the straight segment and the horizontal segment. Each segment is composed of inner and outer arc connecting devices, clamping devices, pressing devices, thickness adjusting devices, transmission devices, roller fittings, and fluid systems.
